Great pressure point relief/not enough support for spine
I definitely need a firmer bed - this makes me back, hips and knees ache worse than any other bed I’ve slept in. It’s a shame because it feels like a cloud when you lie on it and has excellent pressure point relief.

This mattress is so very hard and when we called the store we were told that we needed to jump up and down on it to break it in, unwilling we did jump on it lightly but there was change. We wish that we never purchased it we have our previous bed in the quest room and it is so comfortable
I am not happy at all. I have spent $5000 on a Tempurpedic bed and Ergo adjustable frame and the cheap 12” adjustable legs cause the bed to jiggle when we move instead of staying steady. We had 3” removed from the cheap adjustable legs and the bed doesn’t move as much but it still moves. Why are the legs so cheap? If they were one piece, this would not be an issue!!! I would like solid, one piece legs please!!!
1st 2 months like sleeping on top an ice skating rink
This was our 2nd Tempurpedic, first was Cloud Supreme, which after 2.5 yrs developed craters, and hump in the middle. TempurP did the right thing, replaced it, we chose Flex Supreme Breeze which was mistake, didn't realize the cover didn't zip off like the others I just liked that feature..but we got it last March 2018, and to me it was COLD and much harder feel than showroom tester. In 4 mos or so it did get softer, very comfy although still in winter too cold for me...but after 10 mos softened up a bit too much. My back sometimes is stiff & I don't have back problems, my husband does always did & this bed isn't helping...prob should have gotten the Countour I guess. More disturbing, was we live on water-the top white cover, developed a light big greyish stain-think a chemical reaction, as to make the bed not so cold and keep it nice I put a protective mattress cover over it. I don't like "wrinkling" under my sheet, removed it, saw the big greyish brown stain at bottom (we didn't have a dog no kids, not peep) I tried to clean it, baking soda Hydrogen Peroxide as other models suggest, it made it yellowish orangey. Also noticed slight 3/4" dip in middle of mattress, husbands side. I took photos as this happened at 11 months, wrote to the Ceo and "TJ" as they were accomodating last year, this time TJ said to send him pics of the stain, as I asked how to remove it. He said he'd send it to his R&D dept and advise. He didnt reply, only said they are not replacing it, & as "valued customers" we should visit a showroom to test a few beds. I thought I misunderstood asked if they would pay for a new bed..he said NO-so as a valued customer I can pay for a new one myself, even though it did not hold up for even 11 months! So now TJ & the Ceo blow me off alltogether,..and the reason TJ asked me to send him photos was to invalidate any chance of warranty, even though it is not a body fluid stain...it is a chemical reaction as to their secret chemical imo in the top cover! Shouldn't happen on a $4000 + bed!

Husband wanted adjustable head and others, this bed wasn't
Sleep number was good to me but my husband wanted an adjustable head, foot, and massager if possible, so we bought Tempur-Pedic but the delivery people did not bring the REMOTE TO Adjust the base, so we are back to aches and pains

This mattress started off with great support and comfort but over just a few short weeks, started sagging. Towards the end of its short life, it started feeling like a hammock rather than a mattress. We wont be buying from TempurPedic again
My husband likes the bed but I don't. Wish we had bought the split king size bed so he can sleep with his legs up, I can't sleep that way and the mattress is suppose to be cool but for me it's not. I'm always hot.

I love my new Tempur-Pedic! My wife and I hadn't been sleeping well so we shopped several mattress stores and found The Back Store to have the best price (actually the prices were the same no matter where you go), selection (they carry every mattress that Tempur-Pedic makes) and BEST SERVICE of all. The man who waited on us was very knowledgeable and quite helpful and they had our bed in stock and we were sleeping great the VERY NEXT NIGHT!
They have a 45 day comfort guarantee but he helped us to pick the right bed so we didn't need to use it (but it was nice knowing that we wouldn't be stuck!)
We also tried their Beautyrest Hybrid mattresses (and those were nice too) but my wife liked how the Tempur-Pedic conformed to her hips and shoulder.
We've already recommended both The Back Store and Tempur-Pedic to our friends and would to anyone else desperately searching for the right mattress for the good nights' sleep!

Tempur Flex is expensive to buy, it is firm - hard and contrary to what I was told at purchase, it has not "broken in", after several months it remains too firm. Also, the mattress retains body heat and is hot to sleep on. In a nut shell, $$ to purchase and a poor nights sleep, I would not buy again or recommend to anyone else.
