Zero Customer Satisfaction

This upgrade from the basic model is nothing shy of a nightmare. The mattress is already collapsing on the edges and is showing signs of excessive wear in less than 3 months. I will lose money no matter what I do so I am stuck with this garbage. I awake with headaches, body pain throughout lower back and down the back of legs. Sciatica much worse with this mattress!!! Last time I will ever buy a Stearns & Foster!!!

Good but Cassatt Plush Pillow Top might make you sleep hot

Lux Estate Cassatt Plush pillow top mattress feels a little foamy. Also this mattress isolates heat a little bit even though it has so many cooling features in it or at least that’s what the marketing department of Stearns and foster wants you to think like every other mattress manufacturer. Overall it is a good mattress and has good support. Another Interesting thing is, firmness of the mattress changes as a result of your body heat. Once you get into the bed it might feel like a medium soft and then after an hour, especially after bed absorbs your body heat it feels like really soft around the area of your body... so the mattress you'll lay down on the store will not be the softness level you'll be sleeping on... Especially after spending an hour or 2 on this bed with your comforter, all the layers of memory foam will warm up and get softer while you're sleeping on it each night. Perhaps Stearns and foster foams are really temperature sensitive. Also another heads up I'd like to give is about break in period... Perhaps it's New Jersey's cold winter weather but if you buy your mattress in the middle of the winter like I did. Most probably it will feel like much firmer than how it feels after a couple months(yes not weeks I said Months) ... It took a solid 1 month to soften up. So give yourself a couple of weeks to get used to. My review is definitely not a part of a promotion program. I paid 3k for a queen plush pillow top and that's not including the box spring and a protective cover. I did not receive the mattress with a discount or something like that for my review. 99% of the reviews that you read on mattress websites are a part of the promotion or advertisement campaign. I went to Raymond and Flanigan… let myself to the hands of Salesman for the hope of a goodnight sleep. Follow Goodbed Mike because he has a great way of explaining everything and has honest advices in all of his reviews.

ONE LUMPY MESS

This is the worst mattress we have ever owned. It is a lumpy mess with absolutely no support. It is brand new mattress yet it feels like an old piece of junk. For what we paid for this mattress it is disgusting to say the least. Stearns and Foster should remove this ultra plush pillow top mattress from their line. It is total garbage!

Best of the breed.

We brought this mattress because our previous middle range mattress was a complete let down. Since purchasing this mattress we have been able to enjoy the sleep much more. When my wife moves I don't feel it. When I lay on my back, I feel the mattress cradle me. I don't fee tired when I wake, which means more than money to me. I any of these points mean anything to you, I recommend getting this mattress. Cassatt Luxury Firm, King.

Great support

Tossed on a 3 inch topper and I can't wait for bedtime! The cats sleep with me and unlike the waterbed you don't feel them come and go. Even before the topper, the support is great!

Not way!

Just bought this Stearns &Foster mattress with adjustable for head and feet.I cannot return the adjustable bed but cannot wait til my one month is over so I can return it! Ultra plush..where?Hard and honestly not comfortable at all.Constant lower back pain.

Very firm and in pain

We were so excited to get a new mattress after 25 years but this has been a horrific experience. After two weeks my husband side already has a permanent indentation. I have not suffered from back pain about 6 months prior. However, my back pain is back along with my sciatica. I wake several times during the night with shoulder pain, numbness in fingers and back pain and have been taking ibuprofen to make it through a very sleepless night. My husband and I have both complained about being tired and sore all day which was not the case prior to this mattress. They claim that this a pillow top but the mattress at the store felt much softer. This feels like I am sleeping on a brick. Purchase with caution. At the cost of this mattress I felt very let down.
