I’ve only had this mattress for 10 months... I have slept on both sides because it has impressions where I’ve been sleeping... The mattress is lumpy, my lower back has been hurting since the mattress is getting worn down... Right away, in the beginning I felt it supported my lower back and hip area, best sleep ever... I’m not happy, only 10 months and I am waking up with back pain... The Warrenty is not honored, has to have 2inch over the whole mattress. The sides of the mattress is really soft, to the point of rolling off.. I have to sleep in the middle until that gets worn down too.. I spent a lot of money on this mattress, it should be lasting longer than this!!! I’m not super heavy, 140 lbs.... this mattress shouldn’t be doing this!!! DO NOT waste your money on this mattress or this company!!! I will have to be buying a new mattress soon, money I don’t have... I wish they stood behind their Warrenty and products!!! I took good care of the mattress too, made sure to keep a cover on it because I was scared this exact thing would happen!!
Within 1 month we were phoning the seller, Olindes, in Baton Rouge, La. due to the unevenness of the pillowtop padding. Olindes would send out service people, they would measure, use a level, etc., 4 times, always the same answer " nothing is wrong, nothing can be done! We gave up. Within 6 months the padding under the pillow top began to sag @ all pressure points. My husband began to get up after a few hours, due to increased back pain, and sleep in the guest room. Now, the company we purchased the mattress and Ergo bases from is closing, after over 100 years in business. We are very disappointed in your product!! the Richterman family

Bought this to replace previous memory foam mattress had for 13 years. First year did well then sides started to lose support and has gotten progressively worse. Warranty invalid because it has a couple minor sweat stains. No excuse for such poor manufacturing. Never buy another Restonic again and will share my experience at every opportunity.

I went back to store in 16 days to see if I could get a different one and they said I had to get one at the same price or less. well the one I have was the most money.i paid over 2000.00 and I was not going to buy less.I have had back and neck pain every day now.

Good for pressure on shoulders--awful for back pain
purchased bed 1 week ago....immediate increase in back pain--but my shoulders felt better ---hoped back pain would improve--IT HASN'T --and the store has a no return policy so I'm out $1,000 plus.....may have to sleep on the couch which is deplorable since I have a pricey bed I can't use.
