Haven't even had it a year and we have swells. It was rated a firm mattress. Cannot get it replaced because it has a couple stains on it. I guess we didn't read the fine print!! They "reserved" their right to not offer a warranty replacement.

When a company won't take care of the product they represent by backing with fabulous warranty, don't waste your time. We have had this mattress for just a few days over a year. My husband said he was having issues with a body impression on the mattress. So I called Billy Bob's Beds, where we purchased the product and was very disappointed in the LACK OF customer service. I'm really not expecting much from the company either after reading all the negative reviews. Word to the wise, do your homework before purchasing a bed from these people. Terrible to spent close to $1,000 on a mattress to have issues with it so soon...

I searched for months after moving back from 10 years overseas. In Asia beds are very hard and uncomfortable.
I went to all major chains and this store in Issaquah, WA had best salesman ever. Came in at least 6 times and my ultimate purchase was my Restonic. It's been 13 months now and I am as happy as can be.
Still like new and I sleep really great.

I can honestly say this mattress has given me the best nights' sleep I've had in years. It still feels the same as when it was delivered. I can't tell when my 55# dog jumps up or down in the middle of the night. According to my sleep/activity tracker, I have gone from waking/restless 70+ times per night before I purchased this mattress to an average of 10 per night. I'd say that is *amazing*.
The only thing I dislike is that it is so thick and tall. I had to buy the deepest pocket fitted sheets to find one to fit. And the bed is so tall I can't sit on the edge to put my shoes on in the mornings-- I have to climb up and down. (I'm 5'6").
Overall, I'm very very happy with this mattress.
Just upgraded to a king bed and I regret not searching for this same mattress I spent alot of money on what I thought was soft but in comparison I am quite disappointed with the new mattress! Next one will def be another restonic comfortcare brilliance!!!

Jason Jordan was our sales rep. He was very patient with us. We didn't make the decision to purchase the bed right away. This purchase was a huge investment, and we wanted to ensure that it was the correct one! Every question we asked Jason, he answered with professionalism and honesty. He was able to pinpoint what we were looking for so he could ensure that we were able to purchase the correct bed that met our needs. After we left the store the first time (undecided), my husband and I never felt pressured to purchase. We were also able to communicate via phone, text and email. Definitely a great sales experience as well as product!
Dual Comfort? Make sure on your next mattress purchase.
When choosing your next mattress, with your mate, make sure both of you are comfortable with your side of the mattress. I am truely happy with our recent, purchase, but it has been utter horror from lack of comfort and sleep, regarding my husband.
My mattress has rows of reinforced coils to support the heaviest part of the body (the center). This is a good idea because this is where a mattress tends to sag first. However, this centrally-supported area of coils sits higher than the rest of the mattress, and I find this aesthetically unappealing. After placing a call to the corporate office, I was assured that the mattress just needed time to settle with regular usage. I purchased my mattress last year, so I'm patiently observing for now. I believe that this particular mattress characteristic (height of center coils) should be made known to each consumer PRIOR to the time of purchase.
This mattress is good for a guest bedroom, not for everyday use. I had to personally sleep on it for about a month and had many restless nights. It's really bad on the back and it does not have enough support.
