Pure LatexBliss Ultimate
Mattress Ratings & Reviews

Julie, I am sorry you are having a problem with your mattress. Your mattress should not have a sag greater than 3/4" over it's lifetime. If it does, there may have been a manufacturing defect in the latex when it was produced. We apologize that your mattress is not measuring up to our promise. Your mattress is covered under a full replacement warranty. Please contact your retailer and tell him or her you need a warranty inspection done on your mattress. He or she will come out a do an inspection, take a couple measurements and pictures and file a warranty claim with us. We will send your retailer a replacement mattress and he or she can call you to remove your defective mattress and replace it with a new one. We are sorry you are having problems and hope we can quickly correct your situation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care staff at 404.260.7421 Extension 1 who can help you with the process with your retailer or answer any questions you may have.
