I was apprehensive to purchase a mattress in a box.

When it arrived I was amazed how they could package a queen size mattress in a box of that size. The mattress is rolled up and expands when you remove the packaging. The quality is great and very comfortable . I had lower back pain on previous beds but not this one. Try one, you will like it.

Not a complete fan of the mattress. It's just average.

When sleeping on the mattress in summer days it does run very hot. Mattress has been used only for a year and already has quite a bit of sinkage when sleeping along side my spouse. She hates the mattress and prefers to sleep on the floor. Purchased the medium firmness. Should have gotten the harder firmness. Buying the high end pillows from Nest Bedding did not help with the back or shoulder aches. If I could return the mattress I would in a heart beat. Rather spend extra money on well known competitor in the memory foam business.

Blissful!

Wanted to give it 4.5 instead of 4 stars. Absolutely LOVE this mattress! Our only quibble is it does sleep a little warm...for both of us. Not horribly so, but noticeably. I can claim hot flashes, but he's simply too warm sometimes. We even have the 100% wool topper to help regulate the warmth, and that works most of the time. Other than that, simply the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on.

Sleep saver

My husband and I purchased the Alexander signature medium mattress and for the most part we loved it. Much more comfortable than our traditional spring mattress, however we found it to be too soft. We asked to return the mattress for the harder version and that one is perfect. The company was fantastic to work with and we will definitely be ordering our next mattress from nest.

Great for an Old Farm House

This was the Only King Sized Mattress that I could get up the Stairs of my Old Farmhouse ..... I love it Very Comfortable and I sleep well every Night ...... it was a little softer than I expected but I became used to it very quickly

Best value

Did not know what to expwct with a mattress that we didnt try in a store. The medium was a bit too firm, but one call to the company and they sent a soft topper for free. Best value for the money and much more comfortable than I was expecting.
