This mattress has been a huge step up from my old memory foam mattress. It offers just the right support for me and my spouse. I do sleep hot, and this mattress helps with it quite a bit, though at times I do move a leg out from under the covers because I can still get hot sometimes.

We've owned this mattress now for about 1.5 years. I can't say that I love it. I really wish we would have gone with something softer. It's a little too firm for my liking. I haven't been sleeping well the last 1.5 years and I thought it was due to something else, but I think the mattress isn't helping either. We just stayed somewhere else and I finally was able to sleep past 6am which hasn't happened for a really long time. I think it's time to try a mattress topper to see if that helps.
In terms of quality, I think do think it's well made and if you like really firm mattresses then this is great.

This is a great mattress! But what stands out even more is their amazing customer service. I made my order, and when I was putting my bed together I learned a lesson the hard way, 1 side only actually means 1/2 of the bed! I thought it meant 1 side vs double sided on the sleeping surface. I contacted Nest Bedding and they had me donate the mattress to charity, and sent me the correct mattress. Now I feel rested in the morning when I wake up, Ive not experienced that in years! Back pain gone, shoulder stiffness/pain gone.

I researched this mattress and had high hopes but found it to too firm for my liking. I would say that the issue for me is that the middle layer needs to be a bit more soft. The top is soft enough but I was bottoming out and I'm not huge, my BMI is 27. It felt great sleeping on my back but I prefer to sleep on my side. Sleeping on my side made my arm go numb. I would force myself to fall asleep on my back, then wake up on my side and toss and turn the rest of the night. They sent me their topper and we tried that but it was a low density, soft foam and didn't help. I appreciated their willingness to try to make it work. But in the end it wasn't working. I did appreciate that the mattress didn't sleep hot and appeared to be well made. I liked that it was made in Arizona. I "returned" it by donating it to a charity as per their guidelines and mailed back the topper. I think this mattress would be excellent for a back sleeper or side sleeper. My review of the mattress is mostly based on my comfort. It does seem to be a good mattress if you prefer this type.

Had high expectations for this mattress based upon so many positive reviews. I've recently gone back and re-read some of the reviews, and did notice that many were written after just a few weeks of using the bed, which probably is not the best gauge to go by when trying to find out if other people are happy with what they bought. Our first few weeks on the bed were good too. We do have the proper foundation recommended yet this bed began sagging on both our sleeping sides of the bed after just a few months. Have woken many times with a numb arm and hand. Has not provided easing of morning backache as I had hoped for. The edge support is lacking. During the last summer we slept way too warm on this mattress. Now in winter it is not sleeping hot which is a relief. Our mattress is medium, yet it feels too firm overall, even with the continual sagging. Reading over the warranty on Nest's website, I find that the sag has to be an inch or more to get warranty service. Ours sags not quite an inch, but even a little less than an inch is quite a bit of sag, especially for a new mattress. We actually have a permanent hump down the middle of the bed. Have used the bed about 10 months now, and will be switching it out with our guest bedroom mattress and foundation. Our guests can sleep on this uncomfortable mattress until we replace it with something else😀 I was going to buy a mattress topper, but why spend the extra $ just to disguise what is for us an uncomfortable bed?

I was wanting a very soft mattress. I initially found this one to be a tad too hard. Mr. Alexander hooked me up with a mattress topper and now it's just right! Excellent customer service.
We also purchased two king Easy Breather pillows, which are fantastic, and the mattress protector. None of the items had that icky smell that needs to be "off-gassed." So handy to be able to purchase online and not have to go to the used car lot -- I mean -- mattress store.

It's difficult to buy a mattress you cannot test however, it has exceeded our expectations. I bought this for my daughter's college graduation, great mattress, good night's sleep (finally) and worth every penny. Great Great mattress, price may seem high but once you sleep on it a few months you will be convinced you can't sleep without it.
