We were told this mattress was a top of the line model.
It is far from it. We have had nothing but trouble with it since we have had it. It has sank on both sides and looks like a gable roof line. A peek in the middle and slopes off on both sides. We are waiting for Babcock to come out and check it for the warranty.

After several months we noticed that the area where our bodies lay while sleeping was slowly being depressed leaving holes. The side I sleep on is depressed over six inches when I get out of bed in the morning. It slowly rises to about two inches deep. The side that my wife sleeps on has only a small depression.
There is a permanent hump in the middle of the bed between where we lay.
We called the local store and two representative were sent.
A picture was taken and a metal tape measure was placed from the head to the foot of the bed and a measure was done of the depression.
So far we have been told the depression is not deep enough and that there was a stain on the mattress.
We have been told that the mattress is now out of warranty because of the so called stain.
When the mattress was purchased we were told to purchase a mattress protector that has been on the bed since it was delivered.
We have requested another visit that we are willing to pay for to show that the so called stain is a design placed at several places on the mattress itself.
I have provided pictures of the area that has the so called stain and have been told that we are wrong about the design being there.
I thought my old mattress was bad, this new one is even worse. I thought buying a new mattress would solve my sleeping issues, but this legends brand made my sleeping impossible. I woke up every morning with back pain so bad I could gone to the emergency room. It's not been 30 days yet, so I can't return it yet. The last 3 nights I've been sleeping on the couch. Tuesday is 30 days and I'll be returning it. Don't buy a Legends brand. Too soft & zero support!
I would recommend this bed to anyone who is wanting a good middle ground for a bed. Not soft enough to sink in; however I feel very supported and the bed contours to all my body curves. This is the first time in 10 years I have not had back pain in the morning. Great Great bed guys.

We had this bed for about 1 1/2 years and had to use our warranty because it broke down so badly. You could see just by looking at it where it was breaking down from us sleeping on it. We opted for getting a Serta this time and are very happy about our choice.
