This mattress was great when we first purchased it. Over time, the two sides we sleep on have sagged and the middle has remained high so theres now a lump in the middle.

This bed is not supportive at all, and within 3 months of purcase was lumpy and sagging in the middle despite frequent rotation.
Causes back and hip pain as difficult to roll over during sleep and you sink into mattress. Not recommended for anyone with back issues or who prefers a firm mattress - claims it is firm but it is not

We were fortunate enough to get the last of the double pillow tops before Kinsdown stopped making them. Although we have to flip and turn our mattress, it is absolutely worth it. Our mattress is just as soft and retained its shape just as it was on day one. We have had our mattress for 12 years and look forward to sleeping in our own bed every time we travel. Being a military family, our bed has been moved several times and we still think this was one of the smartest purchases we have made. Our children are spoiled now and will not sleep on anything but a Kinsdown.
This mattress was literallt the WORST mattress that I have ever purchased. When I initially layed on it in the store, it felt comfortable; however, it took only one night of sleeping in it to prove otherwise. After 20 minutes or so, the entire memory foam/memory gel, top half of the mattress simply sagged beneath you leaving you with no support whatsoever. After several trips to the chiropractor in the first week I even went so far as to have a friend lay on it. She concurred with my opinion...she thought it was awful. I went back to the store which, thankfully, had an exchange policy and replaced it. My new mattress was going to take several days for delivery...the Valencia was so bad that I actually opted to sleep on a very old mattress in my guest room rather than to sleep on it during the wait time for the new bed! I was really upset because this was hardly an inexpensive purchase. I am now writing this review as I lay happily in my new Tempurpedic. I will NEVER buy another mattress from Kingsdown. Save your money.
