Today we packed it up for garbage pick up where it belongs.
Three years of torture and back pain. Had to keep it due to Mattress Firm (Where we unfortunately bought it) awful return costs. We finally ended up buying a Helix Dawn. What a difference! Please stay away from this Simmons Beauty Rest. More like Torture Rest. It deteriorated and sagged almost immediately after installation. Total and utter garbage. I will film when garbage truck finally hauls it away. A happy day! Never again!

I've owned this bed for 6 years and 2 months. The mattress does need to be rotated often so that the lumps don't develop over continued sleeping in the same spot. Once they develop, they are there. The feel is ok. Not the best, but doable. I don't get much good night rest and I've finally realized it's the mattress quality. I'm in my 40s. If I were in my 20s, this bed would be suffient, but I need better quality and coil count. Overall if budget is the issue, this definitely fits the bill for about 7 years. We could have gotten a few more years out of this mattress but purchased a king size bed and our old mattress is a queen size.

purchased from Macys brought warranty waste of time .Called for escalation with beauty rest another wasted of time. My split seams don't matter I have had them check the mattress several times. Think twice before dealing with them or Macys.

The pillowtop developed deep depressions within a year after our purchase. The fact that is was a clearance item at Mattress Firm should have been a clue. This was a big mistake.

This bed has always been comfortable and I’ve always loved going back into it knowing how comfortable it is. It’s one of the things I look forward getting back to especially after vacations, I’m like “I miss my bed” sometimes because it’s that comfy. I’ll probably get another Beautyrest mattress of a similar kind. It’s a soft bed but a decently firm bed and it’s really supportive.

I called Mattress Firm who wouldn't help with the warranty because I bought it from their outlet inventory. I then called Beauty Rest who essentially said too bad. We don't care that a mattress less than a year old has a huge indentation on the side I sleep on. I am an average size woman. They have had many issues with the mattress model I bought. All I expect is for them to replace it with something of equal cost. They are aware of the manufacturing defect in this model but they still refuse to help.
I bought it for a spare room and changed with my firmer mattress for about 4 months. There is indention where I sleep and lumpy. Will be measuring to see if it meets the 11/2 inch then contact for warranty. Will never recommend this mattress to anyone.

Fantastic comfort all around. I get compliments from guests and friends all the time. Easily one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on. Surpasses every hotel I've ever been in. I will keep this mattress until the very end.
