Comfy at first. Quickly developed ruts where we slept.

Foam top did not hold up well. Became permanently indented within 2-3 years. Difficult to move/reposition. Slept hot.

10 year warranty doesn't really mean much. Bought at Mattress Firm. They tell you to go to website, submit pictures and they will get back to you.. never happens. Mattress lasted 6-7 years. unless visible sagging (take a picture with a broom handle across bed) they cant help you.

Very comfortable

Have enjoyed this bed but my husband has a very large hiatal hernia and needs to be able to elevate the head of the bed. We have bought adjustable twins with the identical mattress as we know we will be comfortable.

Works with a topper at best

I was told elite spa was the top of the line when I bought it. I've had it for less than 4 years and the little support it had is gone. I fall asleep and it feels as if a threw a cheap comforter on concrete floor and lied in it. I've tried toppers and they've helped but get warm during the night. When I had the topper I'd sleep through the night only if he room was cool enough. Without the topper I don't get hot at all, but wake up with shoulder pain, and lower back pain. My daughter has an $89 mattress from Amazon and I sleep way better there!!! The mattress is heavy and appears well made, but on a comfort scale id say it's about a 1.

Terrible Durability

We've had to replace this twice already mattress within 4 months of sleeping on it because the top layer of material became detached from the rest of the mattress resulting is lumps all over the bed. Simmons replaced it the first two times but now refuses stating insufficient bed frame support. 1) it's not sagging it's bubbling 2) then why cover it the first two times? Mattress Warehouse won't refund us our money so now we are stuck with terrible bed. So unhappy! Buyer beware!

Sagging

I have been totally dissatisfied with this set. After only 8 months it was sagging 1 1/2 inches. I measured it today and it was almost 2 1/2 inches deep. We have to lay in the hole. It is terrible. You can't lay on the higher part, in the middle.
