Mattress just ok!

Was hoping to love this mattress but it's a little too firm for our liking. Still have same problems with arms falling asleep, neck and back pain. Glad my husband talked me into getting adjustable frame. We use it all the time. Mattress just ok.

Best Bed Ever

This the best bed my wife and I have ever slept on. We are very satisfied with this bed. We'll get another when the time comes may years from now.

Pass on this one

This mattress feels absolutely nothing like the floor model. I chose this considerably higher priced mattress due to back and joint issues. I was promised it would break in, which it hasn't after 9 months. It is uncomfortable, rigid, and causes aches and pains. I would have exchanged it, but the price difference between this, and my second choice made it unworkable under Sit N Sleep's return policy.

Horrible mattress Do not trust BED PRO COMPANY

I bought a mattress at BED PRO at citrus Park Tampa which promises that had good support, good quality and 10 years warranty . Manager lied and included extras charges. the mattress it is really bad quality, has no support, sick more than 10 inches. I complained since the first day and he didn't want to do anything. he said that I have to proof that the mattress has problem to use the warranty. Do not trust in this company and do not buy a mattress here. something is wrong with this mattress . they cause horrible pain im my neck and lower back to the point I have to do Physical Therapy. this mattress cause a damage to my hip and spine.

Love it, big step up

My wife brought her pillow top with her when we moved in together a handful of years ago and i never really loved it. It was about 10 years old when we replaced it and my god I didnt know what I've been missing. Huge step up in comfort. I don't wake her up anymore when i have to take a leak in the middle of the night either.

Like sleeping on a cloud

This was the only mattress I've ever tested in a showroom that the minute I laid on it, every muscle relaxed and I was instantly sleepy. Receiving my brand new one was no different. They're wasn't any breaking in period, it was amazing from the first night. It's extremely expensive but absolutely worth it. I've never felt a more comfortable mattress than this one. It cradles my body with softness, but supports my spine at the same time.

High and HEAVY.

15"" is too tall for most sheet pockets. Had to order sheets and mattress pad to fit. Normal box springs were made bed too high to get into. Short box springs are better but dust ruffle is too long. Incurred quite an expense dressing this bed.

Horrible mattress. From the start I felt like I was sinking into a hole. Initially just when my husband was next to me and now anytime I lay down. I have to use a pillow to support my side so I don't sink. I was unable to return because Mattress Discounters only allowed one exchange and the previous mattress was worse.

Too much motion and heat sag

We are light - 120 and 180 lbs, but body heat causes excessive sagging and we wake up too warm during the night. Hard to roll over because of sag, which is gone 30 minutes after arising when gel/foam springs back. Worst Simmons mattress I have ever slept on Beautyrest mattresses since the '70s.

What a rip off!

I bought this after testing it in the showroom and it was very soft and felt like laying on a cloud. I got it delivered and set up. It felt like sleeping on a sandbag. I kept it for 2 years trying to break it in and moving the mattress from foot to head and vice versa every other month, but to no avail. This mattress is over priced for the quality and promise of softness. I could have got a better mattress much cheaper. I am shopping for another mattress and this one is just about 2 years old but it is very uncomfortable. I am 6ft 5 and 300lb and it is too hard for me.
