I was upsold this mattress by an RC Willey Sleep expert. He assured me this mattress would be the best of the best. It was great for 2 years then it sagged to the point that I started having back pain. I would go to bed feeling great and then wake up in pain. We contacted the warranty people and they measured it and after 2 years it was 1/4" from meeting the sag warranty limit. They said it was only a matter of time. We had them measure again after 6 months and they changed how they measure it and suddenly it didn't sag as much any more (what a joke). My wife started having pain too by this time. RC Willey came out and said that we are sleeping wrong and/or we have back problems. We encorporated their sleep tips and still have problems. Neither of us are overweight or have ever had back problems or injuries.
When spending top dollar for a handmade, luxury mattress you expect an superior experience, or at least we did. This has not been the case. When our new Aireloom Handmade was delivered there was something "off" about it. As soon as it was placed on the new Aireloom box springs we realized what it was. It was square. Yup, measuring a precise 77" X 77" it was indeed a square. We were told to be patient that when the mattresses are warehoused standing on their end they compress and in a couple of weeks the mattress will settle and come to its intended shape and size (76" X 80"). Well, it has been 2 weeks and the mattress currently measures 76" X 77.5". This is not the quality we were expecting when spending this much on a mattress. Had we known that Aireloom would not provide the quality product and experience that we thought we were paying for we would likely have saved ourselves a couple thousand dollars and gone with one of the more mainstream brands. The retailer has asked us to remain patient through the "break in period". We will be reaching out to Aireloom to see what they have to say/do.
The mattress was the most comfortable to us in the store, and it is a comfortable mattress. We sleep cool. It is a bit lumpy when we first get into bed, but that quickly goes away. The product is aesthetically pleasing, but who the mattress once it comes home gets made? It does appear to be a well constructed mattress, but again, the dimensions issue leaves us wary...
We'll see where things go from here.

I use a CPAP machine and must sleep flat on my back. I use a pillow under my knees for comfort and I feel "no pain"! I normally have a lot of lower back pain (had surgery in 2003 for ruptured disc) - my lower back pain has been reduced "a lot" by sleeping in this new bed. I still have some back pain in the daytime (less than usual) and zero in this bed. When I pull off the CPAP mask and sleep on my side, I have zero shoulder and hip pain - my old innerspring mattress was useless for side sleeping as my arm and leg would go numb. This bed was very expensive!! It was worth it for me to have far less lower back pain. Customer support was excellent in communication and problem solving.

Way too much money for a terrible quality mattress. Right from the beginning it's been night after night of restless sleep and every morning when my wife and I wake up we have terrible back pain. Would not give to a homeless man I would feel terrible for him. It sags way too much. The only way we can get to sleep is if we sleep on opposite edges which are extremely firm compared to the middle.
We purchased an Aireloom mattress July 07, from a store called "The Dump". We are very unsatisfied with this mattress. It has two large indentions on each side, where my wife and I sleep. The memory foam built into this mattress has completely broken down to the point that when you lay on it, it completely compresses at the points where there is the most pressure. My wife and I are not large people either (apprx 170 lbs each.) You have to roll up a hill to turn over, and it's very difficult to stay on the hump that is in the middle of the mattress. After about one year of using this mattress, it was beginning to hurt my back, and now has become unbearable to sleep on. I haven't tried to recieve warranty service, and after reading these reviews, will probably just throw it away and go with a different type mattress (one that does not have memory foam.) I think it would be much better to buy a memory foam topper, than to have the memory foam built in to a mattress, because I really doublt that any memory foam in any brand of mattress will last more than a couple of years. The model that we purchased was 0142DA26071DM also called La Rarena Eurotop. Hope this helps others who are thinking about this mattress, or any mattress that has memory foam. We paid about $2500 for just the mattress and springs.
