This mattress felt great when it was brand new. After it settled in, both my girlfriend and I started to wake up in pain. The mattress also has a hump in the middle that isn't visibly noticeable, but easily felt when you move.

My wife and I are very unsatisfied with this mattress. We are both side sleepers with hip and shoulder pain and this mattress makes it worse. Very uncomfortable and we both wake up tired and sore. Don't recommend!

I slept alone on this mattress for the first 6 months of ownership and tended to sleep in the center of the bed. The memory foam portion flattened so much that it is now impossible for two people to sleep comfortably on this bed without rolling into the center towards each other. Due to the loss of integrity of the memory foam, this mattress offers very little back support as well. It has been less than 2 years and this mattress does NOT hold up well. I highly recommend not purchasing this product.

I originally bought a Memory Foam Plush and was delivered a firm. Went back to Mattress Firm to exchange and was told the memory foam wasn't for my conditions so I got a hybrid after laying on it for 30 mins in store. I found that the Sealy Knightwick Hybrid Plus is to hot and I wake with back pain and often wake at night with back pain and hip pain. I think that the memory foam plush would have been a better choice if they would have sent me that mattress the first time. This hybrid is not a good choice for someone with back pain and spine problems. Not a good mattress.

I am very disappointed, with this mattress. This is not a cheap mattress, by all means. It is absolutely, the worse purchase, I have ever made. While shopping, for this mattress, I lay, on a variety, of mattresses, in different, positions. I like a soft, bed, that gives the ahh factor, when I lie down. The mattress, on display, gave me this feeling. When it was delivered, 6 weeks ago, the first night sleep, and every night since, has been horrible. I was told, to get up on it, and jump around, to break it in, which I have done, almost daily. It still feels like a slab of concrete. Thankful, I got the 90 day satisfaction, warranty. This warranty, means, you take a mattress the same price, or greater, which, I am in the process, of doing, but now, I am out, another, $284, to keep from getting, the same sorry mattress. It is my belief, the mattresses, on display, are not the mattress, you actually get. I think, Sealy, is a big rip off, and will never, ever purchase another Sealy, product. My advice, to anyone reading this, Don't buy the Sealy Posturepedic Silver Plush hybrid mattress, unless you like sleeping on a slab of concrete.

After less than 1 year of use, this mattress started to develop a hump down the middle. Can't flip the mattress, so the hump grows. Now at 3 years of use, it's like trying to lay on top of Mt Kilamonjaro, with distinct tendencies to roll off to either side. Both sides of the mattress have developed obvious impressions where we lay all the time. I have tried adjusting my body up or down or slightly more toward center, but it feels very uncomfortable and I always end up back in my little indentation. I am still getting a good nite's sleep (arthritis & back/neck muscle damage), but my husband isn't so much (onset arthritis). Probably going to contact the dealer soon, as it is obvious this will not last the 10 year warranty.

The first night we slept on this mattress, we tossed and turned all night. We felt like we were on the ground in a sleeping bag. The pain continued and made the decision that this bed will be returned asap. Not enough ibuprofen to kill our back and neck pain.

When the mattress was delivered, I smelled extremely unpleasant gases that fill the room it was delivered in as well as the whole hallway it was taken through. I let the mattress air out for a week without covering it or sleeping on it and even opened a window and used an air cleaner to no avail. I have had the mattress for three weeks and I still smell the off gasses, although it is not as much. I walk into the bedroom and feel immediate irritation in my nose and have a headache. I have noticed other health issues as well. The bed is comfortable enough to sleep on, but I worry that what is causing the odors can be harmful to my health. I had a memory foam topper in the past that smelled like this mattress and it took a year for the odors to go away.
