Husband is a big dude. He needs the support and the edge support because he sits on the edge. We have had this bed a year. It is worn, but still has held up way better than s traditional store bought mattress. We bought bed for his comfort. It is too hard for me personally.
Wanted a firm mattress. While this is quite so, the foam top layer holds body impressions making the more slept on side feel a bit lower. With no handles to help, I find it heavy to rotate regularly, so I notice this unevenness more. That is my only complaint.
I stopped waking up with back pain as soon as I started sleeping my Wink bed. I had them deliver, set up and remove my old mattress, another plus. Only complaint is that mattress is pretty heavy with no straps on the sides. Takes multiple people to rotate mattress as instructed.

This mattress makes falling and staying asleep so easy. With my old, traditional mattress, I would toss and turn trying to get comfortable. I woke up numerous times a night with hip and shoulder pain. We even bought one of those foam mattress toppers to help but to no avail. When we purchased the WinkBed, I was a bit skeptical because it was a big purchase to make online and without actually feeling the product. However, I have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it truly is. It's not too soft and not too firm. The construction is quality and the asthetic is very nice. I sleep like a baby now...
My only complaint is that it does take a week or two to get it worn in. It sleeps a little hard until you get wallowed in. Other than that, it's been the best purchase I've made in quite some time.

Generally, the mattress met expectations for support and different feel than previous innerspring mattress. However, the one thing that seems annoying to me is the length. I’ve been sleeping on king sized of all types for over 50 years,and the Wink appears to be shortest of all. It does not fully support my legs when stretched out and thus impedes circulation resulting in feeling soreness in legs when awakening. I called to discuss and did not receive any useful information. I think I got slightly shorted on this mattress. My height 6’ 0”.
Each time I lay down on my bed I'm reminded again what a superb product the Winkbeds mattress is. It's luxuriously soft at the points of contact while remaining supportive. There is little to no motion transfer, which helps to ensure uninterrupted sleep (my wife is always up before I am). The mattress sleeps cool, as advertised. In fact, the features that are advertised for this mattress turned out to be actually true (not hype). Among the many choices available, I am glad we selected this one. I am a completely satisfied customer and would highly recommend this product.

I’ve been through my fair share of mattresses, and this one is by far the best one I’ve ever slept on. I’m a very particular kind of sleeper and I’ve never had a mattress as comfortable and supportive as the Winkbed. Four years into owning it and my partner and I still absolutely love it. I’m an exclusive side sleeper and he sleeps every which way possible. This mattress supports both of our various sleeping configurations with ease and we wake up well rested every day.

The one thing I would like to see on the mattress are handles! Turning a king size mattress with no handles is a joke. Not sure why they skipped out on handles.

My wife and I are both plus size so we had them make it with a heavier spring. We have not any sag that we got with our previous mattresses. Very pleased with the purchase.
