It was great when BRAND new. But after a few months, the support basically disintegrated and we slept with a gigantic hole in the middle of the bed! I have constant pain from trying to keep from "falling into the hole!" My husband, who sleeps on his stomach has terrible back pain from sleeping in a hole and no support! We had to get one after 3 years of constant pain! When new mattress was delivered, this mattress wouldn't even stand up against a wall! It doubled over and just collapsed. Terrible, terrible mattress!!
In the beginning the mattress slept great. My husband and I purchased it in Sept. 2012. By the end of 2013, the mattress was starting to break down. The only real support was in the middle. We rotated the mattress every 3 to 6 months. We weren't able to flip it because it is a pillow top. I was very disappointed in the quality of the mattress. We even tried sleeping on it on platform bed and not a traditional frame. Nothing helped. I would wake up with a sore neck, and my lower back killing me. Overall, if I had to do things over again, I would get a Serta or a Simmons. The mattress was NOT worth the money we paid for this product.
We bought this mattress from a local furniture store. When we called to have it warranties, we were told it would be 6-8 weeks before we got our new mattress back and could have a used one until then. Uh, no thanks, that's WHY we bought a NEW mattress, gross! So, we've basically wasted our $700 on a crappy mattress. We will go back to Denver Mattress where we've always got excellent mattresses for a good price with no warranty issues.
We had the mattress delivered about six weeks ago and it has never been comfortable. In the last couple of weeks a hill has formed in the middle of the mattress. It is poorly made. I called the company we purchased it from yesterday, but so far, no call back. We will NEVER purchase another Sleeptronic mattress. It did not maintain it's integrity for even one month! What an expensive mistake.

Sleeptronic Dream ( Actually a pricey Nightmare now) mattress was purchased in 10/2011.Bed was very comfortable up to a couple if nights ago other than if you went to the middle you were climbing up hill.I could live with that.Now the insides are buckling on one side and of course the warranty is null and void because a couple of buttons have been pulled off.I have had other brands of mattresses that buttons have come off and did not effect the Mattress structure .I paid 2034.00 with finance charges.I will not buy or reccomend a Sleeptronic mattress.I know what I'm getting for Christmas.
I still remembered the woman selling us this bed, OOoo is the best of the best, I highly recomend you getting this mattress is the best, yea the best of the nightmares after a few months.
We bought this mattress because it was really comfortable in the showroom and it has a 20 year warranty. What a joke that warranty is! We wake up every day with aches and pain. The 15-year-old mattress we had begore that wasn't that bad. I wish I had never bought this mattress!
I think I bought the best bed I could ever find. The memory foam of my friends sleep hot, but my sleeptronic has a layer to cool. I love my sleeptronic mattress and I love how beautiful it looks...the trick is in turning every 3 months..remember that as a tip :))
My fibromyalgia and obstructive sleep apnea along with arthritis and degenative disc has always kept me wake and restless, and tired the next day, but now, I look forward to going to bed again:)
This is one of the most comfortable beds. I got the smooth top and my hubby got the pillow top. Their pillow top version is actually more firm. This bed just conforms to my body. I sink in, but not too much. I rest better on this mattress than any other I have slept on and I am not a light person. I have about 50 pounds I need to lose. I definitely give it two thumbs up!
