Sagged 2 weeks after the purchase and I have the pictures with date to prove it. I could have it picked it up by the seller within 100 days but had to travel and forgot about it. Stuck with this pile of concrete. Shopping for another mattress now.

I wanted a latex mattress because of all the good things I've read about them and the fact that latex is a natural product and there is little to no off-gassing. I tried the soft version of sleeponlatex but it was still way too hard for me. I slept very poorly and had a lot of pain in the lower back, shoulder, neck, even knee. I promptly called and initiated a refund. Sleeponlatex asks the you donate the mattress for a full refund, which I did to a very worthy ministry in our area. I received a full refund very quickly.
Bottom line - it's a nice latex mattress from a company with excellent customer service - just not a good fit for my old bones.
