    Shifman mattress has been comfortable for 10+ years

    I love my Shifman mattress. It has not shown any wear from the day we bought it. I love that there is no sag or loss of firmness. The edges have maintained integrity for all this time and I can sit on the edge of the bed without sliding off. I'm currently shopping for a King size mattress and I hope that I can find another Shifman! I cannot report ANY cons - this mattress has always been good to me.

    The pillow top was defective after only 1 month of sleepi...

    The pillow top was defective after only 1 month of sleeping on mattress. I am not overweight, yet mattress sunk in. Bloomingdale’s approved a return/exchange, but I am hesitant to purchase Shifman again.

    This mattress was not the same quality as the store model. w

    Within a month this mattress had low spots and sloped from the side to the middle. It was obvious that the springs were not providing support and did not rebound, which was not the case with Bloomingdales floor model. Despite this Bloomingdales insisted on charging 10 % to take back this defective mattress. I would not recommend Bloomingdales to anyone. No one in the sales dept. listens to complaints, they just nod their heads. When you complain you are given a phone number to make your complaint to and the person on the other end listens but, has no authority to resolve matters. All they can do is state company policy and cannot address defects. bottom line,"stay away".

    Big Mistake

    Wife complains of backache every morning. Developed body impressions shortly after purchase despite rotation and flipping.
