Hi.i have a queen luxury soft puffy.i got new from a personal mattress dealer.not store,so no warranty.i thought was going to be big enough.i did read the reviews that it was good bed.Opon getting it,it did seem big enough.the first few nights wasn't to bad.i could feel a little indent from my partner but not much.and could feel it flare back up when he got up.and like all new beds.i couldn't tell yet for about a week or two how it really was.one week in and I could really start to feel more of my partner making it sagg in.and we both are 160lbs+.no real pain relief.after a week when on it all alone and can be more center of bed.it was so nice . comfortable soft.still no coolness like it said it did.but depending on how you slept.side back stomach.is how much pain or not you woke in.no real support after a few weeks on pain.I woke up in pain more then not.and I have had my bed for 4 months now.I hate my decision in getting a queen we need a bigger one.im sleeping on a hill you can say, do to the bad sagging in my husband causing.that actually will cause my side to feel a little harder.i like the bed but only if it's just my self.or is bigger so that space is there from the other person.and if it wasn't so soft.if it had better support.others said it had,it's lacking,I don't think it's got.and I do not believe it will work on any bed fram.i have the mattress on the floor.i can tell you it definitely wouldn't work on an adjustable,or anything that doesn't support the whole bottom.needs to be on platform that is solid.and the cover should be a little thicker for protection of material inside,and more breathable.if possible.it doesn't get you hot niether just doesn't actually help with keeping you cool.and we can feel each other move.we ain't big don't get me wrong.my husband ain't light niether.but I have a twin Sealy posturepedic gel infused.we slept on together a lot more comfortable and better than this.im trying to look for another.cant afford factory price though.

I guess I never realised how important a good mattress is. I work as a nurses aid and for the past 16 years slept on the same mattress. Everyday I suffered from neck and shoulder pain and in the past few years back pain and thigh numbness. I truly thought it was hopeless and constantly took advil. I bought a puffy lux mattress and at first it took my body time to adjust to something new. I was not absolutely crazy about it at first but once my body adjusted it was finally able to help relieve pressure and help heal my aching joints. I honestly am telling you my pain level is less than a 1 if that tells you anything. I can't tell you the last time I took advil for anything other than a headache. Buy yourself a new mattress you are worth it. Take care.

I am hoping Puffy stands by their guarantee. I requested to return it early February before the COVID 19 outbreak. I was supposed to get a call for a requested Saturday pickup. Nothing!!! I just resubmitted a pickup again, 2 weeks before 101 day guarantee is up. The mattress is too hard even with the free topper they provided!
The Puffy is by far the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. I have a Purple and a Puffy. The Puffy wins in all areas except coolness. I highly recommend this mattress.

Firmer than expected. I would say it is a 6.5. As far as comfort, it is pretty good for back sleeping, but for side sleepers, it is a little too firm, and I have seen myself waking up a lot because of it, and having to turn. Also, I did feel like I was sleeping a little hot. I will probably be sending the mattress back. So Praise God for good return policy.
I purchased the mattress 11 months ago. The purchase experience, shipping, set up and the quality of the mattress itself are all good. However it is very firm! The first night I felt about like I was sleeping on the floor with no padding. It took me forever to go to sleep, and I tossed and turned all night. I was going to send back but Puffy recommends giving it a few weeks, so I did. As the weeks went on it became easier to sleep in, but was never really 100% comfortable. We teetered with the idea of sending it back at our 3 month mark, but assumed it would continue to soften up some and become more and more comfortable. it did not. 11 months later I feel like I am stuck with a $1700 brick and neither my husband or I sleep well in it, or feel rested in the morning. We both have neck and back issues and we both toss and turn all night long, and often wake up with back aches. I emailed Puffy about it and they didn't seem to care about my unhappiness. If you like sleeping on the floor, or really hard beds, this might be the mattress for you. My advice: don't assume it will get better as time goes on. Mine is still very firm almost a year later.
Based on the reviews on their website along with the high price, I expected luxury but I got something that's just ok. I did better with my old innerspring mattress and novoform topper. Maybe once this mattress is broken in I'll feel differently. The best thing about it is that it was made in the USA.
My husband and I are completely average. Not overweight in the slightest. I am 5ft and 118 lbs. My husband is 6ft and 185 lbs. BOTH sides where we each sleep are sunk in. There is a hump in the middle. We did, in fact, turn the foot of the bed to the head, as recommended. It was better for a month and then it began to sag again. I contacted Puffy and was told I needed something like 4 inches of sag to qualify for a replacement for defectiveness. Not happy. Its like Puffy will never show a negative review. After speaking to several people who own one, it seems to be a common complaint.
I never thought I would sleep this well on a mattress you buy online. There were too many good reasons to buy this mattress and I am so happy we did. We are getting better sleep than we ever did. I wake up feeling more rested than I ever have.
