I reached out to customer service but they said it’s normal - the appearance and the foul smell. I used latex before and it’s not supposed to be like that. I tried to reach out to their management but they didn’t even respond back to me. Quality and management is just unsatisafactory.

I had a previous latex mattress for 30years and never had a problem.
This mattress was excellent at first but after 5years it began to sag or sink on my sleeping area. After 10 years it is now almost one and one half inches sagging.
Plush beds will not warranty it if the sag is not 1 and 1/2 inch ar greater although it is uncomfortable sleeping on it.
Also after 10 years I have to pay for freight there and back. This would make the warranty not workable with a king size bed 12 inches thick.
With the cost of this mattress at $3,600 I believe it should have lasted more then 10 years.

1. this mattress is so soft that both a 103lb and 150lb person sank right to the platform slats
2. you must assemble this mattress - this is a major challenge for one person if getting a king or queen
3. it comes in two boxes
4. they charge a return fee if you wont keep it the full trial period
5. then, and trust me, this is HARD, to return it you need to somehow repackaged it!!!
6. this mattress is essentially buying 3 latex mattress toppers then stacking them on top of each other and then trying to get a cover around them.
with a move, a break up and another move i have bought a saatva, helix and tempur pedic in last several years and the plush beds is BY FAR THE WORSE

This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable bed we've ever had. It's cushioned and soft yet supportive at the same time. You do not sink into the bed like you do with memory foam. It's very comfortable!

I have been looking at purchasing a latex mattress for a few years because I slept on a latex mattress that I loved when I was young. I did a lot of research and found PlushBeds to have the best quality and price. I purchased two Botanical Bliss mattresses. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. My purchase included latex pillows which are very comfortable. Customer service was also exceptional.
We love our 10" Botanical Bliss Mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. The pressure relief is truly incredible and the mattress cushions your whole body. Something else that we did not know is that it sleeps cool, which is a nice added bonus. Great mattress. We are very happy.

Incredibly comfortable mattress. The best one I have ever slept on actually. It has the perfect amount of support and plush comfort. It relieves all pressure points. It's really an incredible feeling. The free sheets are very nice too - soft and silky. I am going to call to buy another set.

This mattress gives me the most incredible pressure relief on my back. I am grateful to wake up pain free every day. It really has been a life changer for me. I used to sink into my old memory foam mattress too much & it really was not good for my back. If you have not tried a 100% natural latex mattress yet, give it a try. It's very comfortable.
