We have been extremely pleased with our mattress, but feel it time for a new one. Ten years, we feel is a good amount of time for a mattress to last.
We would very like to purchase another Noah's Sereni Sleep mattress.
The store we purchased ours from is not owned by same owner. Are not sure they still carry them. Need to know a store in Dallas/ Ft.Worth , Texas thst carries them.
Noah's Doesn't Honor Their Warranty - Even with No Stains
Watch out for Noah's... they do not honor their warrany.
Noah's has refused to honor the warranty because of some sort of disagreement with the store we purchased from that has nothing to do with us. The store even moved and we looked up the Noah's warranty and it says if the store moves that Noah's will honor the warranty directly, but they are still refusing to do so.
After just 2 years the mattress has a terrible dip... I mean really bad... when I showed a photo of it to a mattress store they all laughed. That is how defective the Noah's 5300 was for me.

Started getting bad back aches 9 months after purchase, Sleep Country has given us nothing but a hard time . Told us to send pictures and never got back to us. The salesman never told us about needing a new frame for this mattress at purchase. When delivered the guys ripped off the manufactures tags which were not to be removed and they say oh they have to be left on. Now they say cant see from my pictures problem. Its run around after run around. I will never buy here or this mattress again.
