The first night on my memory foam mattress years ago was a remarkable experience; so, I expected a similar result with the Nest. No question, I was due for an update--but the Nest just doesn't have that "wow!" factor, sadly. I've had to experiment with several kinds of pillows since getting this mattress--first time I've ever had to do that in my life. I frequently wake with hip, back or neck/headache pains, and just have to walk it off. Purchasing online is a risk, and after 100 nights on the Nest, it was too much trouble to keep experimenting, so I let that time pass. It's all good. Soldier on.

I really don't have too much trouble sleeping. My wife, on the other hand, hated our old mattress and sleeps like a rock on this one. It is very comfortable. And the value is very good.

The mattress is pretty awesome, I wish the medium has a bit more firm but that is nick picking. Overall sleep great and have been very satisfied with this mattress. The only two things I would do to improve this product is 1. Add material handles on the ends/sides of the bed for making it easier to maneuver. 2. Add more support on the sides of the bed as when one sits on the edges it is not very supportive.

I love this mattress. When I lay down it has just enough give to cradle your body so there aren't any pressure points. My husband prefers a firm mattress but it's perfect for me ;-)

I did plenty of research prior to purchasing this bed. It has been a little disappointing due to it retaining a lot of heat so it's always too warm, and it being a little too firm and not quite enough "spring" or resilience. It is on my platform bed without a box spring, and I can't find a mattress that feels right on it. Often I wake up with a numb hand and sore shoulder after sleeping on my side.

If the bed is on a platform with no slats then that's why the bed is sleeping hot. Beds need to breathe
I bought a simmons beautyrest in '11 that quickly developed side support failure and sag in the middle. This NEST mattress feels like I've been paroled from prison. I'm a very light sleeper so comfort is important. And I have lower back problems from time to time. This mattress supports me enough to alleviate back pain when it develops from too much yard work, car work, etc. I was reluctant at first because I'm not a memory foam guy and really dislike the total foam mattresses. I love traditional inner spring. This mattress is a really pleasant balance of the two. I never feel my girlfriend moving around in her sleep which is a first in 30 years for me. It also doesn't sink in so much you feel like you're laying in a clay mold of yourself. I really do like it a lot.
The delivery was super easy. I can say that the box was damaged a bit in shipping and it caused a small spot to wear against a spring or something on the bottom side fabric but it's purely cosmetic. The 100 day trial was nice peace of mind too.

I'm not sure how this mattress compares to other memory foam models out there because this is the only one I've owned, but it's definitely converted me to memory foam (or rather combo springs/memory foam) for life! It's just the right amount of firmness/softness (about a 6 out of 10) and is of great quality. We have two dogs so we bought a mattress protector to go on top, but it's held up wonderfully. We've had it for a couple of months now and it's still feels like the day we got it. It only took me a couple of nights to adjust and now I sleep great. This mattress combined with my memory foam pillow are perfect. And for a price that's a fraction of what you'd pay for a king size in other models, it's just been the perfect fit for our family. It did take longer for the bed to arrive than what was originally estimated, but when I contacted the company they were always very prompt with their responses and kept me informed of the status of the bed. We'll definitely order this mattress again in the future, although I don't think we'll need to for years. It's just that good.

I ordered the medium based on my phone conversation with Joe, the ceo of nest. After sleeping on it for a few weeks I was sure that it wasn't going to soften up so they sent me a free ultra soft topper. This made all the difference, I do sleep hot but I share a bed with a woman who sleeps cold so the blankets on our bed play a big role in keeping me hot. The mattress itself may not be that bad. As for the team at nest bedding, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Very friendly and what other company ceo would answer the phone personally.
