Wouldn't buy again

We bought this mattress January 2, 2017. It was delivered shortly after that. I have turned it 4 times since we've owned it. I feel like it slopes toward the side. Our old cheap Beautyrest was in better shape after 15 years. I expected more from a $2,000. mattress. I would not buy this again.

Have recommended this mattress several times!

Have recommended this mattress several times and each time they have bought it and loved it! You can’t believe how awesome this mattress is as far as comfort and price. The medium firmness is perfect for us. My husband and I are fit but the old traditional mattresses always would sag on each side. This doesn’t happen with the Nest Love and Sleep. You cannot go wrong with this mattress!

Amazing Mattress

We researched many mattresses before purchasing the Alexander Signature Medium from Nest Bedding. The research has paid off. We could not be more pleased with this investment and have been sleeping well ever since our purchase 18 months ago.

Never Going Back

We shopped many online sites, and in stores as well when replacing the uber expensive mattress. We decided on the Nest and have not looked back. Customer support has been extremely responsive (pillow issue, not mattress) and helpful. We continually recommend Nest to others because we are high on the product and the company. There is only one issue - their mobile internet site is extraordinarily frustrating. I do NOT want to automatically see a video when I am scrolling through the product list. No way I can show anyone the products on my phone. Your web folks need to make the video on demand, not autoplay.

Great Purchase

There are many reasons why I feel good about this mattress: great quality, very comfortable, and made in the USA with less toxins. I'll be using Nest Bedding for all my bedding needs. Love their pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors as well.

Not consistent support throughout the mattress

Mattress firmness is not equal throughout mattress, there are some soft spots and some firm spots. Mattress does not stay firm. The edge support is not the same all around the bed either. For the price of this bed, could have purchased something else.

Poor Sales Knowledge--had to change mattress, pay more

This company sells adjustable bases for beds, but the sales people didn't know which of their mattresses were appropriate for the base they sell. The sales people had no idea about that. I ended up guessing which mattress to order and when it arrived found that it was not able to bend with the adjustable base. I told the sales people that it was useless to me and went back to the store. The only product they had that did bend with the base was natural latex and cost thousands of more dollars. The adjustable base is not nearly as good as my first one. The latex is far softer than the original Temperpedic Foam and didn't off gas like Temperpedic does. I thought I would have stepped up given the much higher price, but I just was cornered and could only make a bad situation better through more money.

Could sleep all day!

I have this in my vacation rental and time and time again people compliment the bed saying it is beyond comfortable and that they want one. they also complain that they miss going out and touring early because they are some comfy they don't get out of bed. I would say those are very high marks.
