The edge support of this mattress is completely lacking. After I rolled off the edge twice, I sought warranty support after 8 months of a 1 year warranty. It was flatly refused by the company because, although the edge deflected by 4 inches on both sides, the company's requirement was that it deflect substantially when a broomstick was placed on it. After my warranty claim was denied, I rolled off twice more and wound up in the Emergency Room. So a mattress designed to support two people must show that it sags at the edge when a broomstick is placed on it? One must conclude that the company's warranty is a cruel joke.

Very satisfied with my first 9+ months of sleep on my Alexander Hybrid bed. It is the perfect firmness for me, a nice balance of softness and support.
I have it on a 'Nomad Plus' bed frame/foundation, a solid wood base with slats spaced 3" inches apart and no box spring. Made in GA. I also am extremely satisfied with this product.This is an excellent foundation for the A. Hybrid bed.
I think the only downside for me is that sometimes it sleeps hot. I'm a 6' 185 lb. athlete that sweats a lot, and this mattress can get hot during the summertime in Denver.
Overall I would highly suggest this bed to a friend, as it has given me close to a year of comfortable sleep.

Contacted customer service just a few days after the 90 day free trial. I had been mistaken in thinking the trial was 100 days. Found mattress too soft and it was bothering my back. There was no budging in letting me return mattress. Disappointed that they would not work with me.

I was super excited about this mattress after reading all the reviews online, but when I finally got to spend a few nights with it I realized that it wasn't the one for me. It's far too stiff causing back pain when I wake up in the morning. I'm 165lbs male and I recently started sharing a bed with a partner who feels the same. I had to buy a 3inch memory foam topper to make sleeping bearable. I only had it for a year but I am ready to try a different mattress.

I had a hard time choosing which mattress to get. I finally choose this one and it has served me well. I sleep very well most nights and rarely have trouble with pressure points. I would be comfortable purchasing this mattress again.

This mattress has been really comfy despite the lack of regular mattress spring/movement. I thought I wouldn't feel movement when my husband tosses and turns, but I was wrong. It has a little jiggle to it. Overall, I've slept well and my back hasn't been sore with the Nest.

I'll acknowledge that all foam mattresses are NOT the same and that I've gotten a better nights sleep consistently from this mattress than my previous mattress which was 7 years old, thinner, and cheaper. But of course it does.
The edge support is rather a joke (the top, especially, collapses when sitting in bed watching TV and my pillows slip behind the top of the mattress). Some of this is endemic to foam, but it could be addressed with some form of edge reinforcement/firmer foam.
Basically, it's a $1200 queen size stack of foam. It's better than the 7 year old $300 queen size stack of foam I had before in initial quality and in fit+finish. But it better be. If I had more than one bed at home, I'd try one of the 12" thick foam mattresses on amazon which are $350. I love the thickness of this mattress, but I'm rather damn sure you could get that for less than the $1200 (and that was with a discount).
Supposedly has a long warranty, but I'm at a loss for what that means in reality. They say indentation greater than an inch. Relative to what? I suppose I could probably get a replacement mattress every couple years out of them (we're 18 months in) but that seems silly, wasteful, and tiresome.
We choose this bed because the wife has back problems and this is the one she wanted (based on online reviews, it was also the most expensive). Call me a skeptic, but I'm pretty sure we could have gotten 90% of the bed for 30% of the money elsewhere. But, happy wife happy life.

I always had hip pain even with an expensive and high quality mattress topper. I cannot believe how wonderful this mattress is! No "breaking in" time. It was wonderful from day one and continues to be. No more hip pain at night. I cannot wait to curl up at night on my mattress to read or watch TV. I cannot believe how much I love it!!!
