Good mattress, great delivery, poor post sales support
Pre sales was good, The bed is good, the delivery service was outstanding. The post sales support was bad. I called to complain about a defect in the bed frame we purchased, I was unable to assemble it as it was delivered, I was assured it would not be a problem, I could ignore the defective part. I felt after spending close to $4000 on mattresses and a frame my request was reasonable. I requested they sent me a replacement part, they said they would not however I could pick one up at their store front. They then told me they would call back on Monday, they did not call. They were rude on the phone.
Unfortunately this single bad experience in an otherwise reasonable one has let me to not recommend this company to my friends and family.
We didn’t know what to expect and after sleeping on this mattress - the quality of sleep is just amazing. I don’t wake up at all comparing with our last mattress we had. During hotter season I don’t experience hot temperature while sleeping thanks to the wool and latex layer on top. We love this mattress
