First off, I’m extremely happy with my new MurMaid Mattress. I have only slept on it 2 nights, and it has been the best sleep in years. My whole experience has been tainted due to the mattress pad you are required to purchase if you want the one year “Comfort Warranty”. This mattress cover is waterproof, it really holds water! I put in in my washer, and during the spin cycle, my washer started jumping like a demon. It was so violent, it dented my washer and threw it out of balance. The fitted corners filled with water like bowling balls. The owner of MurMaid Mattress offered little assistance, and was very condescending. Now I’m left with a sour taste, and a Damaged washer. Sigh 😞
