My parents had McRoskey beds for the last 40 years, I still have the CA King that is more than 20 years old. The twin beds they got a year ago to replace their McRoskey twin beds, were not the same quality and did not function well on the adjustable frame. They contacted McRoskey about changing to a different mattress but were told they were a few days past the trial period . They tried to live with them but they are just too uncomfortable. We are replacing the beds now with a Tempur-Pedic on an adjustable frame. They wasted their money, relying on their past experience and trust in McRoskey. The quality and customer care at McRoskey is not what it used to be.
We bought a McRoskey Firm in 2005 and kept it until we moved overseas in 2017. The mattress had plenty of life, and had we stayed in America, we'd probably still be sleeping on it. Good company, great product, and three of my friends bought their own McRoskeys after spending a night on mine. Highly recommended.
