After reading tons and tons of reviews on numerous mattresses, we decided on the Lucid. The first couple months we loved it, now after 6 months, we hate it!! We both wake up with extreme back pain! Every night!

Happy to hear that this mattress worked well for you initially, but sorry that it is no longer comfortable.
Lucid offers a 10-year warranty on this mattress that covers any unnatural change to the mattress itself. If the mattress has drastically changed, then you could have encountered a manufacture defect.

recently purchased and was very easy delivery and set up. Lucid even includes a mail opener to early open the packaging which unfolds by itself basically and expands into position. bed is very comfortable and has great feel/support. comfort and cooling top technology is very simliar to our (parents) very very very very expensive hybrid coil and latex foam bed from local mattress company that cost thousands more than Lucid.
the 14" depth is high quality and does not appear to be a cheaper mattress.
overall, would recommend to anyone who needs a new bed or considering a memory foam bed. our family fight over who gets to sleep in the bed when they visit from out of town, which speaks for its self i guess
hope it lasts as well as it feels and sleeps
