Yellow stains on the new mattress. Company won't refund!

The mattress itself is pretty good. The issue I have is with the yellow stains that were present on the mattress when I examined it shortly after it was purchased. The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for the stains saying there is no way the stains could have come from the mattress and therefore wouldn't refund my money or exchange it. There is no way the stains occurred from my environment simply because there is no stain on the mattress protector which has been on the mattress since it arrived. I suspect the stains occurred either during the packaging or shipping process or from a previous owner who was responsible for the stain and then returned the mattress and then the company shipped the stained mattress to me!

EXCELLENT FOR BAD BACK

i bought several mattress and even from usa.. i bought memory foam 5" with 5lb density, 4" memory foam and all of this i would wake up 530am and my back hurt so bad i had to get up.. since i bought this bed i get up at between 7 and 730am..with no back pain or very little.. i van sleep in.. thanks for this mattress... no kidding try it u will be amazed.. i was and still am
