Garbage Dont Buy

Worst experience! I bought the over priced mattress from KEetsa for $2K. After a month the top of the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on and crucial back pain. I realized it is the mattress problem. I submitted a warranty claim and been jerked around for three months. Lately by the store manager of Dog Patch San Francisco location who doesn't respond for other three weeks. I am not sure what to do. I have never had this terrible unreliable customer experience. It has been three months and I have terrible back pain. I might just sew them for medical issues they are causing my back.
