This mattress is not supportive, it is hot to sleep on, it has become very firm in a short time with body impressions making for a very uncomfortable sleeping surface. I awaken each morning in pain. I have had the mattress checked twice in an effort to utilize the so called warranty with this memory foam mattress set. I was told that the body impressions aren't deep enough for me to file a claim. I will never buy another Jamison mattress!

This was a relatively expensive mattress and we thought it would last and be supportive. Within a few nights we were both aching but thought it would just take some getting used to as we were transitioning from a sleep number bed. This was a huge financial mistake. We have lived with the pain for three years but can no longer tolerate it so we are biting the bullet and investing in a new one. Will not even be passing this one to our daughter who is in need of a new mattress.
This bed is a waste of money. My husband and I thought we were investing in a good mattress that would help our lower back pain, and give us a good nights sleep. Boy were we wrong! After only a few nights we noticed the bed began to settle or sag. Within a month there was such a dip that it makes it hard to get comfortable. We wake up all through the night, and in the morning we wake up hurting worse than when we went to bed. If you have back problems avoid this bed.
