Be aware with this brand and mattresses that do not flip [meaning they are only intended to be used one side]. The mattress collapses / drops where your body lies - up too one inch. Meaning if you want support - this is not the right mattress for you. Very expensive mistake purchase, as the manufacture does not consider it faulty unless dip is over 1 inch.
This is a fabulous mattress. We researched tons of natural and/or organic mattresses before investing our money in the Hypnos Coral. I am SO glad we waited and really looked into all of our options. While the price tag is hefty, it is worth its weight in gold. My husband used to suffer from back pain that was worse when waking up and now, his back pain is essentially gone. Amazing. We bought this mattress due to the materials they use and the manufacturing practices, but we have found that there are many more other benefits. Their customer service is impeccable. They have the longest warranty. We have recommended this brand to several of our friends and those that have purchased are all happy!

I have the Hypnos Alexandra Firm (they also make a Plush version). While I have only slept on it for a short time, so far it has managed to exceed my expectations. It provides the perfect combination of underlying firm support with just the right amount of comfort to alleviate any pressure points. I am primarily a side sleeper, but tend to change positions throughout the night. I no longer wake up with the typical aches and pains I used to have when sleeping on my previous mattress. The build quality and luxurious feel of this mattress is unlike any that I have experienced before. This was not an inexpensive mattress by any means, but if it provides me with the same level of support and comfort over the next decade that it has thus far, it will have been worth every penny and then some!
Not worth the money extremely poor customer service
Do not buy this mattress . probably one of the biggest rip-off I have ever had in my life.
The worst customer service ever. I am from Edmonton Alberta Canada and the mattresses are made in my city.
When I talked to the manufacturer I felt like they were laughing at me they would do nothing to address my concerns.
I have never had back problems in my life until I started using this mattress.

A good mattress is essential. For a good sleep and good health.
The hypnos mattress provides neither. And it is way too much money. It is heavy it is hard to flip it is overrated , overpriced. Do not buy this mattress there are many other quality mattresses on the market for a lot less money.
