Originally Purchased Bedframes and Split King Mattresses. ALL issues / problems were immediately remediated by Ghostbed Team. They shipped out new parts for Bedframe that were needed. I was initially NOT satisfied with the Split-King mattress (3D-Matrix) I selected and after ~90-days they swapped out another mattress type that was more suitable (I required a firmer mattress type). There were no delays or stalling or reneging by the Ghostbed Team to make it Right. 5-STARS *****

I recently made the switch from my Tuft and Needle mattress, hoping for a softer, cooler sleep experience. Unfortunately, this mattress fell short of my expectations.
Firmness: Contrary to the advertisements, this mattress is considerably firmer. It's noticeably more rigid than my previous Tuft and Needle, which was a letdown.
Temperature: One of the selling points was that this mattress sleeps cool. Regrettably, my experience has been quite the opposite. Even with proper bedding, it sleeps warm, negating the 'cool sleep' promise.
Value: The cost of this mattress is substantially higher than my Tuft and Needle. What makes it more disappointing is that despite paying a premium, the comfort level is inferior.
Bundled Split King & Bed Frame: For those considering the bundled split king with the adjustable bed frame, be forewarned: the bed frame is NOT returnable. This was a surprising revelation and certainly something to be cautious of.
Warranty: Their claim of an 'easy warranty' is far from the reality. The process is more cumbersome than the website leads you to believe.
This is a natural product, I was amazed how bad this product off-gassed. There was a harsh chemical smell for a month. This mattress is so light that if you move into the middle of the bed all four corners will raise. The springs are cheap and not supportive. The product is awful.
I called Ghostbed on day 31 to return the mattress and stated my multiple reasons why I did not like the mattress. They denied my return eventhough they have a 101-night sleep trial. They do not accept returns for "non-comfort" reasons.
1. Do not buy anything from this company
2. If you make the mistake of purchasing anything, when you go to return it, say "I do not find the mattress comfortable." DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ELSE or they will not let you return it.
The cooling properties of the bed are no better or worse than any other bed in a box. My main complaint with GhostBed is that they don’t stand behind their return policy. The internet is swimming with people who have had similar experiences and are now stuck with their GhostBed. My life mission is to bankrupt this despicable company.
I spent hours and hours searching through websites of mattresses. The ones that were obviously written by the brands themselves were immediately eliminated as being biased. I went to independent sites and spent my time there. Goodbed.com interested me the most with its mattress match quiz. I actually eliminated some of the matching factors such as motion transfer since we decided on a split king. I also eliminated chemical emissions since one bed promised it did not have the most worrisome chemicals. Price became a definite issue when we discovered that Costco had the split king and adjustable platform on sale. That was the Ghost Bed, so that's what we bought. The mattresses came separately from the bases, but only three days apart. We have been in heaven ever since. Our sleep has been so good and the adjustment as been great formy occasionally swollen feet. We made the right choice!

My husband sleeps like a rock on this bed. He is a combo sleeper that likes medium to firm mattresses and he just loves this bed. I am a strict side sleeper, very rarely I will end up on my back. I sleep really hot. I prefer a mattress that is supportive but will also not cause pressure on my shoulders and hips. I’d rather sleep in a cloud. This mattress seemed great from reading about it, but actually sleeping on it was very disappointing for me. The first time I laid on it on my back, I thought that it was awesome for the back, but I hadn’t even given it the chance to fully form after opening it. I do still think it is a good back sleeper mattress after having it for several weeks. This mattress doesn’t really actively cool me down.. our AC is set at 73° and I have the ceiling fan and 2 small fans going in the room (regardless of the time of the year, I have to have my fans.. currently it is at the end of summer and I live in the south) and I did feel some heat coming off me, but nothing terribly excessive. The firmness of the mattress is my biggest issue... there is so much pressure on my shoulders that it is kinking up my neck and causing headaches. I‘m in a lot of pain. I really wanted to love this mattress since my husband does, but we will be returning it and looking at others that are less firm.
Not only is this mattress not good but the customer service and policies are just as bad. Ghostbed advertises hassle free which means no complications or bother but that’s a big lie. I been trying to return this bed but I’m getting hassled like crazy. I would not recommend this company or bed
I bought the mattress 2 years ago when living in my townhouse, and I haven't regretted it. I also got the pillows to go with it and am very satisfied with them both.
