I have had this mattress for one night and it's terrible
The mattress is the hardest mattress I ever had I wish I never bought it. I now have to put a padded Mattress cover on it One day old and my husband can't even lay on the bed. What a waste of $1400.00 Plus the delivery guys called the day before and said they will be at the house at 7:30 am I got up earlier to greet them and they were a hour late again not a good way to introduce them selfs I will never recommend this mattress We own 2 businesses in Niagara county if the mattress was good I would tell others to buy one Not now
poor customer service bed was suppose to be medifirm terribl
service is terrible, salesman left us on our own. got busy, no help, mattress is like sleeping on concrete. would not recommend as warranty isn’t as stated. you can have mattress fixed at additional
cost and delivery charges , do it’s really not a warranty at sll
