The mattress was wonderful for two months. Then the sides began breaking down. After 4 months Dreamline replaced it (with me taking it to them). We were promised the new mattress would not break down and that it would be replaced if it did so within one year. We are 4 months in on the replacement and it is truly terrible. Both sides are completely broken down. The top on my husbands side is 4 inches from the headboard but the foot is here it should be as is my side. We called to have it replaced again only to find out they will not replace it. It will be repaired at our expense! This was a very expensive mistake on our part and Dreamline is a very poor quality mattress at a very inflated price. Worse- their 10 year warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
