Wr purchased the Sonno Versa eighteen months ago. My husband's side ( he is not heavy) has developed a trench of 1/2 inch creating a high ridge in the center. We have regularly flipped and rotated with no improvement. DWR and manufacturer consider "body impressions" of 1.5 inches or less normal! The bed is a total loss to us; it is impossible to sleep comfortably. Incidentally, the cover is dryclean only and you cannot use a mattress cover/ protector. The quality of the zipper is poor as well; you have to painstakingly guide it to prevent it jamming.
