Horrible, move on -especially if you have back issues.
Our system is 14 MONTHS old and is absolutely horrible. We have contacted them on multiple occasions and they just give us more "padding" as they call it (it's a sheet of crappy material) and tons of spray glue. It fixes the problem for like a month, then, the issues of sagging and unevenness continue. We owned a 16 year old Sleep Number bed before this "junk system". We traded beds with our child and we're trading him back now. Move on and purchase something else, especially if you have back issues and had surgery in the past. You'll definitely regret it.

I would like to start by saying I have purchased a total of 3 beds from Comfort King and the first 2 I loved, it is the most recent one that I have an issue with.
I spent $3392 on a new pillowrest set 24ILD featuring FLOWT Anti-Gravity Gel bed and was looking forward to it being softer than my previous. When I received it, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. I waited a couple of weeks, hoping it would get softer, and it didn't. I went into the store a total of 5 times trying to find ways to make it softer and had little success.
The past few times I went in, the manager kept telling me that the bed should be extremely soft based upon what they had ME do to the bed. All the things that they had ME do to it made it a little softer, but still not soft as my previous less expensive bed. They made me do everything to the bed, except for 1 time they came over and made the adjustment.
I ended up buying a 3 inch gel topper for it, which made it better, but I can't believe that I spent over $3000 for a bed and am stuck with something that is hard.
They say that they don't have a return policy even though I found one online stating that they do. They also state that they have a comfort guarantee, which they do to a point and then will start charging you.
I am extremely disappointed in their service and how they kept implying that it should be soft, when it isn't. (I had others lay on the new bed and then lay on the previous bed, which is only 2 years old, and everyone noticed a huge difference between the two beds) At this point they have lost all my future business and I will stop recommending them people to purchase beds from them.
I have greatly enjoyed this mattresss combined with my adjustable bed base I am able to get a good night sleep and wake virtually without MAJOR back pain.,

Purchased from owner of store. He made the mattress the way he wanted them not us. Slept on this mattress for 3 weeks and then purchased a Sleep Number (which I had before). If you want something changed, you are charged for it at a VERY large amount after you have paid a lot for the mattress. Big and costly mistake on my part. Would not recommend this to anyone.
