This mattress was great when we first bought it. Within 2 years it looks horrible, springs are popping out. Mattress Warehouse refuses to warranty it because I moved. The manufacture, Mattress Tech Owner, Lee offered to give me a price to replace it but never called me back, and now will not answer my calls. I purposely bought this mattress because it was super comfortable in the store, and after back surgery it was hard to find something. I am beyond disgusted at the way I was treated by Mattress Warehouse Corporate, and Mattress Tech. DO NOT BUY!
It’s OK but I do not have enough information on the mattress to prove it is completely non toxic or eco friendly. Makes me think hiding something. Online I found nothing on it. May replace it out of fear for health concerns
It had been a ridiculously many years since I bought a new mattress and I was so excited to finally ditch my decrepit bed and get something brand-new and with much newer support technology. Especially since I've been having back pain for as long as I can remember now, and I figured that a new mattress would probably help!
The first night was wonderful, and my back did seem to feel better!
LITERALLY after the first day--or two at most--I started noticing my body impression. Which seemed odd. Well, it got worse from there. The support erodes after mere DAYS. This thing is supposed to last for a decade? HOW?
The warranty says that they'll replace if it sags two inches or more. Well that's not what's happening, and the pillow top fluffs up (i.e. if you lay a yard stick across it, you don’t see much dip), but the problem is that there's no support once you put any weight there!
It is a disaster and I've wasted hundreds of dollars on this thing.

I've only had this 2 years, and I got rid of it yesterday. It sagged badly in the middle, and I only weigh 98#. I didn't even mess with contacting them for a replacement. The Warranty fine print says "sagging" is not covered. How can a manufacturer of a "Firm" mattress exclude "sagging." Seriously?
