Campbell Mattress and Mattress Firm said there is a 10 year warranty. There's Not. This is worst Mattress I've ever owned. Bought one 14 years ago it was Great. That's why I bought another. Times have changed, they are not the same Mattress. Had mine a year only to get rid of it. Customer service is No help. You can't talk to anyone. Only by email and your lucky if they respond. Forget any warranty, Never will I purchase a Mattress from Mattress Firm, Mattress Direct or Campbell Mattress. Poor service and quality. Paid over 3000 for The MH Grey, Worst Mattress I've ever owned.
My mattress was delivered with the side stitching all pulling loose, the end stitching was pulling apart like some 2 year old sewed it! got it from Mattress Direct in saint peters ! after two months and many -many calls and trips to their store, they finally responded with "don't worry, it won't void the warranty!" Unhappy Consumer!
I have owned this bed for about 2 weeks. So far I am very impressed with this bed. Unfortunately the nearest Campbell mattress dealer is about 160 miles away from where I live, but I found out I could order them through the Rural King website. They are shipped direct from the manufacturer. They are compressed and rolled.
I have spent the last couple of months researching beds for heavy people. My last bed had a 15 year warranty, but after it developed body impressions I read the warranty and found that if you weigh over 240 pounds you voided the warranty. Of course they don't tell you this when you buy it.
I recently purchased a Campbell Mattress Black Diamond Series Master sleep mattress. First off I am a big guy. I will admit it I weigh in at over 4 bills. So I have been doing a lot of research into mattresses that are Fat Guy Friendly that won't break the bank.
Most of the articles recommend a mattress at least 12 inches thick. The Black Diamond is 16 inches. It is a hybrid mattress meaning it has springs and foam. The Master Sleep is an ultra high coil spring mattress with a latex foam layer. It compares greatly with a Helix mattress a Saatava and a Wink but at about half the price. I called Campbell to see what this bed was rated at and the nice lady on the phone said it would easily support 850 pounds.
The support on this mattress is great and the edge support is excellent! I am a side sleeper so when I first got this mattress I wished it was a little softer, but it is my first latex/memory foam/innerspring so I really wasn't sure what to expect. It is getting more comfortable every night and now I find I am sleeping on my back more and on my side. Probably just the break in period. I know the true test will be the test of time but so far very impressive.
If your are looking for a new mattress may I suggest you at least consider a Campbell.
Travel often with my job and have some back issues. Found this Campbell Hotel mattress at a Holiday Inn Express and just had to buy it. Support was tremendous, and no more back pain since I purchased this mattress. Highly recommend to anyone with back pain and needs extra support.
When we bought this mattress set it was supposed to have a 30 yr war. and we were told that the full war. was good for 5 yrs then it would be prorated. We have had this bed for a little less then 4 yrs and in the middle it has a dip in it already. After researching to find a contact number for this mattress co. I called them . I was asked if it had any stains on it I said no. The lady in customer services said that if it had even a water stain were a sales rep could tell it had been wet then dried would void the war in its entirety. I was told of such when purchaced. When we bought this it was 1 down from the top of the line of this co at the store we purchaced bed. I was told that a sale rep would be calling me to set up a time to see this bed. Its been over 24 hrs and Ive still not been contacted. The factory is only 2 hrs from here. I paid over $800 for this bed and got it half price, since the furniture store was going out of buss. It supposed to come with a 30 yr war. against sagging and breaking down yet it didnt even hold up for 4 yrs.
