I've had my BOBs Anticipation mattress (king size) for less than a year and there is a 3 inch depression already and you can feel the springs in your back. We are having trouble getting a refund from them as they insist on us getting another matters from them. NEVER again will I purchase ANYTHING from them!!!!
We had bought two Naturally Bob's latex mattress a couple of years ago and found them to be very comfortable. When we recently ordered a new King size for the master bedroom, we didn't bother to go to the store to try it because we thought we knew what we were getting. Big mistake. New manufacturer apparently. This mattress was way too firm, even though we ordered the "Plush" model. Really bad off gassing that still persists a month after delivery. Yesterday we went to the store to find out if they had one like our older models that had a really comfortable pillow top cover on them. No luck. We are sending this one back. Should have gone to the store first but didn't expect this model to have changed so completely.
Bob's salespeople explicitly said one of the positives of having a latex mattress is that you "won't have to deal with all the off-gassing" of a memory foam bed. Apparently they failed to mention how awful the latex bed is. We've had to change our sheets every other day, our pajamas now smell and our pillows are ruined.
My major fault is with the delivery service. They were supposed to call and didn't. We looked online and found that the delivery time was sometime AFTER 7:15am - they showed up at 6:55am. This new style matteress replaced a matteress AND box spring, but they would only take away the matteress.
