My son was 6yrs old when I bought him this bed…We’ve all slept in this bed multiple times…No one has ever said anything bad about this mattress…We’ve had this bed for 14yrs…Pillowtop twin mattress with box spring…It sets on a metal wheel frame…He bought a full-size bed an mattress this spring (2025)…I sleep on this twin now an have better sleep then on my pillow top queen…I have a lot of pain in my back, Neck & Legs…He told me (his momma) that he wants his twin back…🤣🤣🤣 Best Sleep I’ve Gotten this Year!!!

After just 4 months, the mattress had sunk on both sides and there was a lump in the middle. Someone came out to inspect it and measured the drop at 1/4 of an inch when no one was laying on it. We were told it had to be 3/4 of an inch to be replaced under the warranty. We are in pain everyday, and I am now suffering from severe neck pain and headaches upon waking. I contacted the corporate office to see about upgrading because I was willing to pay more more to not be in pain. They never called me back. My local store has done absolutely nothing to help. I am completely disgusted and will never spend another penny at that store.

Bought this mattress about 3 years ago it has a sink hole and is very lumpy. Called about warranty and when the service man showed up he said they wouldn’t take it unless I cleaned it told me to buy tuff stuff so I did that called to reschedule and then waited at home they canceled the appointment told me the service man called in sick. Called another day to schedule an appointment the only day I could do it was Monday or Tuesday schedule that for Tuesday waited all day no one showed Wednesday while at work got a phone call from the service man who said he was on his way. When I called back American signature to reschedule they told me they would not honor the warranty because the mattress was stained..put me through months of time and my son having bad back aches for them to not honor the warranty even after I told them I would bring it to them because the reason it wasn’t under warranty was because they couldn’t handle it..terrible experience
#americansignaturefurniture does not stand behind its products. F%$* federal law...I gotta a $1500.00 mattress that after 6 years is crooked, lumpy, bumpy and just plain out of shape.
Bob the manager at Rivergate instead of quoting the law, you should have been trying to retain a customer. Oh and the stains you are referring to, I guess that cheap mattress cover I bought from AS did not work.
I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
