Waste of money

After just 4 months, the mattress had sunk on both sides and there was a lump in the middle. Someone came out to inspect it and measured the drop at 1/4 of an inch when no one was laying on it. We were told it had to be 3/4 of an inch to be replaced under the warranty. We are in pain everyday, and I am now suffering from severe neck pain and headaches upon waking. I contacted the corporate office to see about upgrading because I was willing to pay more more to not be in pain. They never called me back. My local store has done absolutely nothing to help. I am completely disgusted and will never spend another penny at that store.
