Bought about 2 years ago before I had a year had 2 sink holes. We had rotated top to bottom every month. Took months to get replacement. Got replacement September 2013. Rotate once a month already got 2 deep sink holes one on both my husband and my side!!!! Do not buy not worth the price pay extra get a better brand!
We thought you get what you pay for....not true in this case. Within a few months, the sag was more than 2" and we had it replaced. Within a couple more months, the same thing happened, but we could not get it replaced. It sags so badly, we can't turn over and we sleep in a hole, while the middle of the bed is up higher. ALSO, the large deep mattress is very difficult to get sheets for. The deep pocket sheets barely stay on and I have to use sheet clips. Feels very soft and cushy, but no support whatsoever, and having to turn it is very difficult with a king, as well as very heavy.

All I want is a new mattress with a new box spring because changing the mattress require the same factory box springs to that mattress, because all mattress don't work with different box springs.
do not buy this mattress because after a few months the middle starts to sink. My husband and I both are dissappointed. The store came out and agreed to give another mattress. they think the middle was not constructed right. we have no choice but to try another one but we would rather have our money back to buy a different brand.
I am a single 150 lb guy who used this mattress for less than a year before it started "sinking in" into the middle. I purchased the mattress and box spring together and my bed frame supports from the middle and the mattress still has failed. Unfortunately, I sleep on my stomach and this causes me to bend awkwardly and wake up feeling awful.
