Amazing mattress for health conscious sleeper

Bottom line up front: ZENHAVEN (by SAATVA) is an amazing company with and their mattress is top-notch. I highly recommended for anyone looking to buy a mattress. I recently purchased a new house and had to buy a mattress for my wife and I. I am in the military and I am very health conscious, staying in top physical condition is part of my job. I wouldn't want to take a chance on my body. Latex mattress was a healthy and logical choice that suit my needs. I was on a tight budget since I just bought a house and had to purchase all the furnisher and appliances. I came across ZENHAVEN. The price was affordable and the mattress was everything I was looking for. I began talking to an agent name Jonathan via online chat and emails. I expressed my concerns about delivery because I have a tight training schedule with the military and I might not be able to be home for delivery during weekdays. Jonathan immediately gave me a military discount and called their logistics about delivery on weekends. My subdivision is brand new so the address is not on Google map, he made all the arrangements to insure the mattress will be here on the exact date I wanted. I got my mattress today. The delivery crew called me when they left the warehouse and double checked the location of my house. They were friendly, fast, professional and attentive. The whole experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I took a 4-hour nap on the mattress, so far so good! No back pain what so ever, plus it has two sides so you can choose the firmness you like. Keep in mind that the mattress is VERY HEAVY and flexible that makes it HARD TO MANEUVER. That's why they must send a crew to help you out. It is not a light memory foam mattress in a box that can be carried by a kid. Also keep in mind that the mattress should NOT be placed directly on slats, it should be on a flat surface, box spring or bunkie board. In conclusion, awesome customer service, awesome mattress, reasonable price for the quality and the material they use. 10/10!
