My husband and I hate this mattress so much. We wanted a comfortable, supportive, non-memory foam mattress without toxic chemicals, and the zen haven had great reviews. We thought “luxury plush” would be comfortable, but we both toss and turn uncomfortably throughout the night and wake up with pain and numbness. On the positive side, their customer service was great when I called to initiate a return within the 1-year trial period. They’re even sending a complimentary mattress topper to see if that makes it more comfortable for us. Unless the topper is a miracle-worker, we’ll be returning this and most likely ordering a McRoskey Sunset.
