Total waste of money, with a worthless warranty

After about 2-3 months of owning this the bed, it began to lose all structural integrity. It was supposed to be a firm mattress. Ultra firm actually... yet after 3 months of use, became totally unsupportive. I would sink straight down to the box spring! I had two different warranty claims put in within the 1st six months I owned it. Both times, I was rejected because the person was not allowed to touch the bed to actually verify it's lack of structural integrity! How on earth can you test the support, or lack there of, in a bed without touching it??? The warranty was a total joke, as was this bed! Save your money for a better bed from a better company!
