Horrible bed

The manufacturer of this bed is horrible & will make up & find any excuse not to uphold their warranty. My whole one side is blown out & sagging/dipping. Contacted symbol they found a reason not to replace this one even tho it's clearly a manufacturing problem. I've had this bed less then 3yrs.
