I brought the Steward & Hamilton mattress set about 16 months ago. I could the company where I hd purchased the mattress about 14 months ago stating that I was very unatisfied with this product. I was sleeping on the steel wires, the wires were coming through the matress and bedding, the side that my husband sleeps on felt like it was sinking in and that we cant get any rest on this mattress. The mattress is qween size. The furninture store brought to my attention that the mattress only had a one year warranty and there was nothing they could do about it since I was 2 months over my one year. I do not recomend anyone to buy this product or at least get what ever extra warranty they offer. Who would have thought that a mattress would only be good for the a year. I know better know.

Mine sunk about 4 months.
I just looked up the warranty on American Freight and it states the "Excelsior 3" has a 15 year warranty. Mine has horrible dents in the mattress and they will not come out. Do you believe the dents must be 3" for them to even consider helping us?
