Worst Mattress I have ever paid way too much to own!!!

Was Great for like the first 3 -6 months...but is now a mattress I can't sleep on...moved into the other room and sleeping on a Queen box spring I paid like $350 for. I am only 187-192 lbs. so it's not that I am a big guy putting a lot of stress on the product. Called Spring Air this morning trying to get a replacement and she told me that I purchased it from Costco during a "Road Show" and they could NOT replace it and I have to take it back to Costco for a refund. 10 year non-prorated warranty my butt!!!!! I would stay aw far away from Spring Air as I could get!!!!!!!!!

Steve, I would first like to thank you for your Costco Purchase and please be aware all policies in place are placed their by Costco not by the road show company. 1) Costco has a 1 year return policy on their Special Event Road Show Mattresses - This is not a "replacement policy" and is unheard of in the mattress industry as most retailers will only offer 30 day return policy with a "restocking fee" with a store credit 2) Spring Air does have a 10 year non-prorated warranty and like all bedding warranties you will be required to ship the product (using a costco designated shipper) to one of Spring Air's facilities for evaluation. where it will then be repaired or replaced. 3) The one year return policy shows how Spring Air will stand behind its product, as it is unheard of in the bedding industry to have this long of a return policy none the less a return policy at all. thank you for your comments thank you, Customer Service Resolution Team
