When this mattress was purchased in July of 2009 it was comfortable for about 6 months. We have now had it for two years (about a year and a half too long). Then we both started having back, shoulder, neck, hip and all over body pain.The is a poor quality of a mattress for $1200.00 plus dollars. The middle of the bed has a big hump and both sides where we sleep has big holes. I am only 105 lbs and my husband is 160 lbs so we are by far not too fat. Hope this helps to anyone that would want to buy this type of mattress. My advise don't buy this it is a P.O.S mattress.

Yes, Pete to refesh your memory we did speak on the phone, you were very loud and rude to me your exact words were call southern yourself and see how far you get or just go ahead and sue us. A rep. was sent out here to measure the bed and the bed was clearly past the 1 1/2 in divits he then says to me it would have been covered but you have a spot on it. Then asks me did you buy our special cover to go over the bed. I said no it was not offered to me, he then said I know it would have been offered to you because this is how the she makes her money with us. He then asks me did you get our warrenty pamplet I said no, he then said we send them with all beds. So he then gave me one to go over, after going over your warrenty / Pamplet it states that if you get a spot on the bed to clean with mild soap and water. I then cleaned the mattress with mild soap and water as the warrenty states, the spot came out. I called back to tell the rep. the spot came out and even sent him pics by phone of it. I then asked if he would please come back to look at it, he got very rude with me and said no here is my boss Pete's number deal with him. Talked to Pete and got no where at all same thing Bad company. Pete if you run a good company you would have taken care of this the mattress. Had a warranty / pamphlet it means nothing, poor mattress, poor company. I have responded to Pete and he still has not gotten back to me.
Ditto as to the depressions on each side of the bed. Very noticeable within the first six months and very uncomfortable. Would not recommend to other potential buyers.
After one year I have a lump in the middle and the sides have permanent divots on the sides where we sleep. Bought this new from a local charity event at the catholic school. This is not a good mattress.
I am 150lbs, wife 135lbs and we both experienced the huge dips and large hump in the middle. I wish I would of found this site before I was suckered into buying the mattress.

Seems like we aren't the only ones who are disappointed. We too developed deep impressions after about 6 months of use. I turned the mattress exactly as the instructions said. We are at 2 years now and the impressions are 1.25 inches deep where each of us lies. Of course there is nothing the company will do unless the impressions are more than 1.5 inches. This mattress is a real disappointment. We feel we need to get a new one already. This one will probably go in the guest room where it will be seldom used. Should have known better than to go with some brand I never heard of even though the guy assured us of their many years of business.
